About the system

External aluminium profiles are connected to an internal two-component core made of PVC. An advanced isomization process connects the aluminium half-shells with a core with high insulating properties, guaranteeing the quality, durability and statics of the finished profiles. The use of aluminium sections has made it possible to remove the steel reinforcements typical of PVC windows. The ASH 80 HYBRID system has been adapted to work with fittings typical for plastic joinery, and thanks to the PVC fitting rebate, automatic fittings can be used. The entire production process is further accelerated by aluminium profiles supplied by Aluron with factory-installed gaskets and the replacement of corner crimping with a welding process.

• The finishing strip used in the system visually imitates the classic square clip characteristic of aluminium, cut at a 90° angle.

• Perfect connection of window and door corners at a 45° angle using welding with standard technology known in PVC manufacturing.

• Three-component seals that provide exceptional protection against wind, rain and noise. Structures available in a two- or three-seal variant.
